Welcome to the professional blog of Cake Classics, a cake bakery serving Gainesville, Florida since 1988. All our cakes are custom-made from the best ingredients with the best recipes. We create beautiful cakes for any occasion, such as:

We have a large variety of cake flavors to choose from. We are the only cake bakery in North Florida to specialize in Vegan and Kosher cakes. We can also accomodate most food allergies.
